I am half Irish and half English but grew up in the USA and now live in the Czech Republic. My accent floats somewhere over the Atlantic; not quite American, not exactly British. I am able to play with my accent ranging from Irish, Scottish and proper BBC English to neutral, regional slang America English as well as a bit of Aussie thrown in. I currently own a language school where I teach full time as well. My students often state that I am very easy to understand and pronounce clearly. I don't know, that's for the individual to decide. Regardless, I get a lot of practice speaking all day long. I am also a freelance travel and sports journalist who enjoys bowl skateboarding, longboarding and cooking.
