About
It’s not what you say, it’s the way you say it! In addition to writing, I also love to ‘do funny voices’. The fairytales I wrote as a teen came to life for family and friends via character accents, funny, scary, and other. I love using my voice as much as my pen to both instruct and entertain. From the operatic call-and-response that commanded a 300-troop military formation in Texas, to the deep whisper that scared passengers on a ghost tour in California, I have always enjoyed this side of communication. Here in Prague, my skills are still in use, as a classroom teacher and as a voice actress (combined with native-speaker script editing!).
Actions speak louder than words! Both the double-time march and the jazz quick-step require practice, practice, and more practice to achieve precise and replicable results. I have always had the patience to repeat the same movements again and again, as a student, performer, instructor, and actress. I greatly enjoy teaching, and have also produced my own dance instruction videos.
